Thomas McCarthy
is the original principle and founder of the BE idea. He serves as the visionary and CEO leading the overall start-up effort. Some of highlights of his career accomplishments include, 10 years in the United States Air Force, over 17 years experience across multiple disciplines in the Information Technology field, recipient of the National PMI recognition award, and the complete overhaul and modernization of Information Technology for two manufacturing corporations and Space Command (US Government). In 2009, he graduated with an Executive Masters in Technology Management from Stevens Institute.

Luis Rosado
is the Chief Administrative Officer responsible for business administration, sales, legal, finance & accounting, marketing, and infrastructure systems. He has 10 years experience administering and managing the IT systems of both large multi-national enterprises and well-known community based non-profits. He led multiple projects to integrate the core IT services of post-acquisition companies. He is studying in his 3rd year of the part-time MBA program at Rutgers University. He’s been a gamer since the early days of Atari and enjoys playing first-person shooters.

Chelsea Maples
is the Chief Technology Officer responsible for leading the programming development of the BE prototype. Background includes twelve years of experience in the Silicon Valley technology industry. During this time, she managed and led a variety of teams to the successful creation of dozens of commercial software products, hundreds of inter-departmental automation projects and dozens of corporate and healthcare specialty web sites. With a diverse array of responsibilities, she personally negotiated numerous corporate partnerships, alliances, and contracts in an effort to help increase company revenue while minimizing costs and overhead expenses. In 2008, she graduated with an Executive MBA in Technology Management from Stevens Institute.
